Sarah Wells is a leadership expert, advocate for working mothers, and a sought-after public speaker, motivating businesses, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and parent and employee groups. She holds a master’s in public policy and women’s studies from George Washington University and a bachelor’s from American University. With a decade at Women in Government, she championed policy initiatives for women in office and later served as executive director of the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care.
In 2013, Sarah founded Sarah Wells Bags, empowering new mothers with functional, stylish products. Her experience as a working mom and entrepreneur culminated in her first book, Go Ask Your Mothers, where she shares insights on supporting working parents.
